The pages include tabs for easy organization, and the book measures 8.5x11" when closed. It can be used to create a communication notebook or an adapted book to increase engagement with peers and during literacy activities, especially for children with limited verbal speech or who are learning English. Includes a removable sentence strip to practice building sentences or sequences with a series of symbols. Felt pieces can attach directly to the pages, or laminated symbols or pictures with scratchy Velcro attached to the back will stick more securely to the page.
